Dried fruit is the dominant theme of this one, for sure! I also got lots of oak and barrel spice! This one is loud and absolutely full of character. It's really a shame they stopped producing it!

Tequila de la riva (sample from agave swappers marco murillo?) Nose: Fruit, yeast and some black licorice (stronger than anise) Palate: sweet agave, yeast, cheese, grass, something else I can't define Finish: medium

Nose: Berries, Malolactic, Agave, Mint, Herbs Anise, and Orange Blossom Mouthfeel: light-bodied, crisp Palate: Minerality, Alcohol, berries Finish: Distinct Blueberry, Pepper, Agave, Minerality This was such a wild ride of a tequila. I got flavors that I never seem to pick up on. The blueberry and malolactic notes and seemed to compliment each other very well. The blue berry remained prevalent to the very end and had a touch of minerality throughout.

Outstanding value. Lots going on on here for a light repo. Worth hunting down. The añejo is the star of the line, but yes, a solid budget friendly line for sure.

Another great outing from NOM 1414! Solid stuff and under 40 bucks. Warm cooked agave. mint, citrus, herbal, grassy, on both the nose and going down...

Great value for an añejo as solid as this! Agave forward, cinnamon, dried fig, apricot, citrus, yams, touch of nutmeg. Nice lingering finish. Star of the line for me. NOM 1414 hasn't disappointed with this. Worthy grab if you can find it. Superb Underrated line. Only one batch produced in 2012.
