Lots of agave and pepper on the nose, which make for a very pleasant aroma. On entry yet again tons of agave and pepper followed by quite some alcohol burn and citrus. It's a bit acidic in the mid palate and bitter in the medium finish. It's not particularly sweet and the mouthfeel is a bit thin, but not too much. Overall quite a nice blanco and at $220 MX it's definitely worth trying. I like that it's very agave forward and not sweet.
Strong flavors of cinnamon, Light minerals , some mint Alcohol and pepper. Not bad for $20
$24. Reposado- cinnamon , light mint , light vanilla , muted caramel, minerals, And some alcohol.
$ 30. Añejo- Spicy notes , butterscotch, Vanilla, caramel, cinnamon, pepper and light touch of minerals with some oak and floral notes.
