Aroma: raw agave, slightly herbaceous, slightly mineral, light acidity, light sourness, reminds me of Guanajuato agaves, but less herbal and mineral. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, intense raw agave and green vegetal notes. Finish is medium to medium long, raw agave, green vegetal notes with light herbaceous and mineral notes persist.
