Lot: L2404 001, bottled on 02/07/2024, tasted on 1-3-25. Color: yellow. Aroma: light cooked agave, hint of raw agave, hint of asphalt type greasy aroma that dissipates and becomes very subtle, light earthiness, hint of green vegetal notes, hint of vanilla, light wood notes. Cooked agave note becomes sweeter as time goes by. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, the greasy aroma is slightly dominating on the palate and through my retronasal and overpowers other flavors and aromas. Finish is medium to almost medium long, hint of cooked agave, hint of vanilla, hint of wood note with quite dominating earthy and greasy sensation persists.
