Just a sample so maybe I need to sit down with it but not the profile for me. Interesting nose and palate with a tad bitter finish.
Blind TMM tasting. Nice sweet agave with a touch of green on the nose. Some agave and white pepper flavor. A bit thin on the finish. Light and easy classic blanco. Extra points for value.
I get a prevalent, pleasant olive/briny aroma, in addition to cooked agave and pepper. The flavor and finish were not complex and both left me wanting more.
Nose - olive, brine, citrus, pepper, agave (great nose). Flavor - agave, pepper, olive (light) very light finish in comparison to the aroma.
Neutral aroma with a trace of ethanol and zero agave. A bit viscous on entry, this has some bitterness in the mouth and gave me a tongue spike for the finish. Tasted blind in the 10 Blancos Blind. 2nd from the bottom for me of the 10 presented.
Aroma/Taste: The nose reveals an intriguing mix of mushroom, sweet cooked agave, cola, a slight cheesy funk, and petrichor. On the palate, it introduces mint, green pepper, black pepper, and a hint of anise, creating a well-balanced and memorable flavor. Finish: The finish is medium in length, with a mint flavor that lingers, which I really enjoy. There's also a warm and sweet aftertaste that stays with you, making the experience even more pleasant. Overall: Tasted blind, this tequila has a soft mouthfeel. It's really well balanced between sweet and spicy flavors. I found it very enjoyable and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good tequila.
