Refined, nostalgic, and beautiful. You can taste the attention to detail and commitment to process. No shortcuts, no additives, no bs. This is a lightly peppered, cooked agave forward, slight citrus gentle giant of a tequila. I don’t need t fly to Tequila when I can get there with this bottle. Extraordinary!

Lote from 2020 (before the move to all copper pot still.) Nose: Softly spiced. Hints of pear, citrus, green agave, sulfur and lime. Kissed with a floral note. Flavor: Round spices. Vanilla, pineapple and cinnamon. A touch of saltiness. Slow, rolling, warming pepper spreads across the palate. Silky texture. A straight forward easy sipper. Lalo should appeal to a wide spectrum of tastes.

Strong agave forward, subtle sweetness with a mild peppery finish. Definitely a top blanco. A must for your bar.

Aroma doesn't fight fot your attention but you can discern agave for sure witg light lime, cinnamon, and sugars. Flavor is a big bite of cooked agave uo front followed by peppery, minty, citrus with a touch of vanilla cake frosting. Would stand up well as a mixer even though I'd only ever drink it neat myself.
