Mexican 38% abv. version, lote: Lot120416B, bottled on 26-05-2016, tasted on 10-20-23. Aroma: cooked agave with medium sweetness, light stone fruit sweetness, light acidity, light herbal notes, anise, Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and acidic balance. Light sweet resinous notes through my retronasal. Finish is medium to medium long, light sweet cooked agave with balanced notes and light herbal notes persist.

Same bottle & label as depicted on the TMM app., 38% abv., no marbete, tasted on 10-14-23. Color: yellow. Aroma: cooked agave, light vanilla, alcohol sensation is medium to low, light mint, slightly herbal & earthy. A touch of wood note. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, ends with a touch of sweet perfumed aroma through my restronasal. Finish is medium to medium long, cooked agave with vanilla and light wood notes persist.

L TCR 191103, bottled on 151119, marbete is from 2019, 38% abv., tasted on 10-8-23. Color: light yellow. Aroma: cooked agave, acidity, a touch of citrus, after 20 minutes in the glass an acitrón aroma emerges and makes the agave note to become sweeter too. A touch of brine. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and acidic balance. Finish is medium to medium long, cooked agave with medium sweetness with acitrón notes persist.
