NOM 1455 | Mexican 38% abv. version, no lot code, marbete is from year 2004, tasted on 9-10-24. Color: light yellow. Aroma: cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, light resinous sweetness, hint of vanilla, hint of acidity, light citrus, hint of pepper spiciness, light oranges, after 20 minutes in the glass the cooked agave becomes sweeter. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and citrus balance, hint of star fruit aroma through my retronasal. Finish is medium to medium long, light sweet cooked agave, light pepper spiciness with balanced citrus notes persist.
