Nom1139 Nose: Cooked agave, hit of citrus keeps things lively, while subtle oak and vanilla ease in and round it all out. There’s a nice balance here. Palate & Mouthfeel: It leans on the thinner side, but still manages to coat the mouth in a satisfying way. Cooked agave shows up first, followed by smooth vanilla and mellow oak. A bit of orange adds some lift, then the white pepper starts to build - bringing a layered, slightly floral heat that gives this pour a little depth. Caramel lingers just beneath the surface and softens the spice nicely. Finish: Sweet and spicy, with a warmth that doesn’t rush off. Final Thoughts: This one’s pretty solid. It’s not trying to reinvent the wheel, but the warmth and spice are well done, especially with the lighter mouthfeel.
