The nose has some earth and smoke, field and horno elements nicely carried over to the distillate. This has some thin legs on the jarrito glass that quickly resolve to some small tears scattered on the surface. In the mouth this has a thinner viscosity as evidenced by the legs with no evidence of manipulation from a trusted distillery in 1414. Sweet on initial taste, naturally sweet from the roast agave this to me is one of the sweeter recent releases I've tasted. Finish adds a bit of pepper and some ethanol. Interested now in the Alto Grado high proof.
