Sadly the worst Don Julio tequila ever reviewed. Simply undrinkable. Over priced … gimmicky

Lovely rose my red wine finish

The worst Don Julio product I've tasted so far. Strictly a drain pour

Would almost be better to market this as a liqeur. Overwhelming vanilla and orange which might do well in a mixer but makes for poor sipping.

I wanted to love this due to the connection to Portugal and myself being portuguese, but I would honestly rather drink well tequila. Extremely fruity and sour, tastes exactly like the aroma. Finish is unpleasantly long and tart. At this price point I'm not sure anything is worse.

Aroma: Sweet birthday cake, vanilla and some spice. No agave. Some oak Pallet: very sweet and sugary. Not much agave. Some oak. Smooth. Weird finish and after taste Value: 5/10

Very fruity

Smells like oatmeal with a little maple syrup. Has none of that flavor though. A bit heavy on the flavor that tastes a bit like papery if that’s a thing. Overall it just ok.

Not much agave on the nose , tons of vanilla you do get the port finish , birthday cake finish . There is a market for it but I’m not it . And at $135 it’s pricey
