Viva México XA 5 Year Single Barrel, barrel strength 40% Cask 55/56 Bottle #116 of #210 Barreled 8-10-16 to 17-10-21 Nose: Light on color, light on oak influence. Tons of warm sweet fruit. Enticing spice and agave. A touch of vanilla, caramel, citrus and berry/cherry. A mineral note weaves its way in and out of the aroma. Flavor: Balanced pepper, fruit and barrel. Pleasurable mouth feel, with just a hint of brine. A thoughtfully aged XA. A case of less is more. And get this: A 5 year XA from a top notch NOM and Master Distiller for $140 usd.

Wow, just wow! I was really blown away by this XA. Both the nose and the taste on this are perfectly balanced and delightful. This almost reminds me of a good cognant. Cinnamon, caramel, honey, prune, cherry, and slight oak make this a special occasion sipper. If you run across this, don't hesitate in getting a bottle or two.

Huge nose, creamy, leather, dried fruits, vanilla. Even noses as if an XO Cognac or 10 year old rum. Baked agave and sweet spicy loooooong finish

It’s like rum. The smoothed tequila I’ve ever had. Shocked.
