Just WOW. This is an extremely good and well made XA. * need to spend more time with it but first thoughts. Nose- agave, pitted fruit, cinnamon, oak Taste- agave up front followed by pitted fruit like cherry, honey, cinnamon/clove, vanilla, nice slight bitterness in the middle (make it balanced, not off putting) and a fantastic white pepper style finish with a long finish It is a little pricey but in my opinion well worth it.

No. 23-4519 Eyes: Caramel with slight hints of red orange hues (from the wink cask it finished in?) Nose: butterscotch Coca Cola aromas and very little agave scent. Flavor: alcohol sensation semi strong with hints of soy tasted Finish: oaky wood with hints of soy.

Acquired on April 2023. Color: brown with an orange hue in the glass. Aroma: butterscotch, cajeta, light black pepper, oaky, slightly acidic, cooked agave, and the faintest whiff of berries probably because I read it was finished in wine casks. Palate: light black pepper, butterscotch, oaky, slightly acidic, good sweet & sour balance, cajeta, and light cooked agave. Finish is medium to long, light cooked agave and butterscotch notes persist, at the very end it becomes slightly dry.
