This high proof shines, delicious and mouth watering, light pepper, great citrus mouth feel. Quite enjoyable, definitely looking for more bottles. Salud

As expensive as the Cerro de Luz it is still a treat to taste this and the 40% side X side. This wins everytime. If you can only choose one, choose this one.

Agave, tart fruit, minerals, earth, mint, and cinnamon with a long finish! The high proof explodes with flavor but doesn’t overwhelm with alcohol. Simply excellent. Love that this has TONS of details on the label—amen!

Light aroma, soft, sweet and not overwhelming. Flavor is excellent, mix of sweet and salty, no harsh finish despite obvious higher proof.

Aroma, mint, menthol, agave, herbs, brine, light floral, wow I could smell this just as long as I could sip it. Flavor is a treat of an agave burst with spices and earthy minerals. Lives up 100% to all the hype.

Need to add a bottle of this to my bar. Had it at Anvil in Houston and really loved it by itself and on a custom cocktail they made on the spot. Didn’t take notes, but I do remember I really liked it and been looking for it after it. Need to revisit for further notes

Aroma: Herbaceous agave, Cinnamon, Earth, Citrus, Mint, Minerals. Flavor: Loads of flavor. Earth, citrus and mint create a nice balance with the heavy cinnamon and herbal agave flavors. Finish: Long, keeps going with more of the same. A cinnamon bomb! 110% proof drinks nicely..No major burn on the nose or in the mouth. Very unique and tasty. 6yr old agave, very ripe at 35 brix.. Double distilled in Copper pot. Additive free. $60 usd

Very nice still stregnth 110 proof that doesn’t drink like 110 proof. Love that they put all the specs on the bottle. Nice sweet agave upfront, with some vegetal/earthiness, little fruit like green melon and pepper.
