Nose: musty/ lactic / mineral/ hint of smoke / earth Taste: agave cooked / vanilla/ peppermint/ earth/ mineral / banana/ apple/ lime / orange/ anise / lemongrass / tea / nutmeg/ tobacco/ cream soda Finish: watery wet mouth feel / lingering pepper and agave sweet notes This plata needs some more work. I’ve had the Pozition Edicion blanco and it was better. This blanco was smooth, but the nose was not good snd the taste, considering the higher sbv (46%) , just felt like there could have been a lot more bolder flavors.
Mouthfeel is nice and silky with cooked agave, citrus (like grapefruit mixed with sugar), cinnamon, slight anise, nice black pepper on the back end.
Pleasant nose with sweet cooked agave and citrus. A touch of licorice and grapefruit. Slight alcohol presence. Nice mouthfeel. Good viscosity. Again, agave and citrus dominate. Alcohol is present on the tongue and may overpower some of the other flavors. Larger sips help. I am getting jalapeño and black pepper. I would recommend this tequila as just a sipper but I also think it would make a banging mixed drink.
Tasted at MBTC 2023, The Final Event.
Nose: Creamy cooked agave that’s slightly buttery, soft floral notes, bright citrus, sweet peppers and cracked white pepper all riding on some sweet but slight alcohol vapors. - Taste: First Sip - Sweet cooked agave, vegetal notes, slight citrus and then bright white pepper with a long cinnamon finish. Subsequent sips: Natural sweetness from cooked mature agaves, Earthy green vegetal notes, bell peppers and jalapeños. Bright citrus rind and fresh cracked white pepper. There’s a buttery and oily mouthfeel. The finish is pleasantly peppery. - It’s a fun sipping blanco and it’s meant to share. 1 Liter - 46%ABV 92 proof
N- agave, grass, pepper, earth, citrus T- cooked agave, pineapple, sweet overripe fruit, jalapeno, sweet anise like licorice, a little alcohol MF- medium F- decent finish with balance leading to sweetness V - $77 for 1L in Michigan made this average at best
Agave forward and very little else. Clean autoclave taste, light citrus and herbal. A tequila purist will love this.
Nose - This has a very light nose of agave, floral, malolactic, anise, vegetal Taste - Very soft profile. Agave, pepper, black tea, citrus, white pepper, anise, Nice mouthfeel and a quick finish

Aroma - lemon zest. Caramel. Agave. Popcorn Flavor. Heat, pepper earth. Veggies Finish. Light heat, nothing outstanding. Decent Blanco. Lacks finishing flavor but ok for the price
Aromas: citrus, pepper, banana and sweet Taste : agave, citrus, earth, vegetal Nice finish like pepper and soft
Se on time tasting this brand. I’m happy with the notes aromas and most Important finish clean with some green apple, pear, pineapple and sweet doesn’t feel like 96 proof grassy bit of pine tree note and green agave. Would I buy it again… is little over priced but is a 96 proof of course I’ll buy it again
Lot: P2023-005, one of 102 bottles, tasted on 10-5-23. Aroma: cooked agave, light citrus, a touch of brine, light mint, fresh. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, brine note is more pronounced on the palate. Finish is medium to long, cooked agave with light citrus notes persist.
Clean agave, citrus, slight alcohol.
Drinks like a stainless steel Blanco with slight metallic notes, but has a good feeling sting on the gums. Clean taste hangs on the roof of the mouth long and tongue long after the sip ends. Very easy drinker.
Enjoyed this tequila at the LA Tequila Fest. Very tasty, smooth and reasonably priced for a 1 L bottle.
Agave, peppery. long finish due to ABV.
Carlos’ home in DC. Can’t pronounce it but it’s good.

Light nose, not very bold, some agave/earth notes but not very much/complexity here. Pallet is earthy, minerality, light funkiness to it, some agave, overall pleasant, not going to blow you away in any regard but a decent sipper or mixer.
