Subtle nose and palate. Easy to drink but nothing exciting here and left me wanting more.
Soft nose of cooked agave, honey, combed cotton. Tiny hint of rubber ball. Thick in the glass and pleasantly luscious in the mouth. Coats the whole palette. Tastes of raw agave, white pepper, vanilla and a bit of jalapeño. Spicy and fairly long finish with a little burn. A bit of acetate at the end. An easy drinker overall. Worthy effort, and a good trade up for Casamigos and 818 drinkers.
Cooked agave along with a bit of anise and black pepper in the aroma but also a distinct petroleum/rubber note that really throws things off. Spicy pepper in the open, mid and finish of flavor along with distinct mint. Also, just a hint of that petroleum/rubber at the end. Finish is medium with mint lingering. Note: petroleum/rubber aroma note diminishes significantly after 10-15 minutes but to my nose is still there. March tequila tasting - blancos, 03-24-2022
Not at the level of 1 or 2 this has some bitter vegetable taste in the mouth with less natural sweetness than 1 or2.
Luna Blanco, 28 days in wood. A fuller bodied blanco, balance of cooked agave, mint, and a slight spice
On the nose I’m picking up some agave, vegetal notes, and anise. There’s a lot of flavors to go around including agave, vanilla, light oak, vegetal, citrus, mint, and cinnamon. There’s a hint of heat but overall the wide range of flavors come across creamy. Very nice!
Nose of faintly sweet vegetal aromas with notes of lime juice. Slightest hint of oak and vanilla. Light consistency, flavor is pleasant but mild, similar to the aroma. The flavor comes through on the finish, with a slightly sweet agave, which then leads into notes of black pepper. Also has a nice lingering warmth on the finish. A delicious, well made, blanco tequila for sipping.
Fresh agave floral on the nose ….. aroma changes as it sits and opens up ….. black pepper on the mouth….
The smell of freshly cut agave from the fields fill my glass followed by white pepper, dry earth, and a touch of caramelized tropical fruit. While light on entry, this tequila is thick, chewy, and bold; proper - in every aspect.
Aroma: cooked agave, olives, cinnamon, rosemary. Palate: vanilla, agave, caramel, citrus and mint. Finish: some berries, pepper, vanilla. Finish medium-short. Tequila is clear silver color. Edit. I left it air for 1/2 hour and the sweet agave and vanilla expanded on flavor while the peppery hide behind.
Briny green olives. Mint. Citrus notes on finish.
Smooth, earthy, subtle spice and smoke.
Wow a blanco that has nice vanilla notes… all without additives. The nose is agave, citrus, anise, slight vanilla, and a mixture of white and black pepper. The palate is roughly similar with more naturally sweet vanilla and agave. Everything about this tequila makes it super approachable but the finish is quite hot so that may turn away some people. I can definitely see this as an alternative to Casamigos. Loses some points due to price.
aromas of vanilla, cooked agave, light notes of wood, Peppers and a sweet finish. sweet entrance, vanilla flavor, light wood, fruity, Spice and a pleasant bitter touch at the end.
Agave on the nose. Taste us mint, black pepper, nice viscosity. Finish is peppery.
Not big on Anise flavors, you can tell the quality is there though
Very clean, peppery, herbacious and floral flavors on the tongue, citrus and agave on the nose. Pleasant finish. Pretty bottle with good quality juice inside of it. Love that it is woman-owned.
I had my wife rate this one with me as well. Very soft on the palate initially. Very light vanilla. Builds with pepper and strong mint that lasts quite awhile. This one will be a great introduction to some of my family and friends that are not as keen on tequila. Might win them over!
Really like sipping on this one, the barrel imparts lots of natural vanilla sweetness but it’s not overbearing at all. Besides the fresh agave/citrus/mint presence there’s also a very distinct flavor I haven’t picked up from any other blanco - almost like a raisin/overripe apple note. It’s gotten even better after opening up for a few weeks. Extremely easy to drink and my guests love the bottle! I would love to have this on hand all the time, I just wish it was easier to get ahold of. If you’re looking to put friends onto really good, well-made tequila, this and G4 are the best of the “converter bottles” I’ve tried. Amazing stuff!
Really crisp and clean. Mint and pepper and anise with a fair amount of agave. This is really bright and sweet.
Anise, ripe agave, pepper, slight white oak wood presence on the nose Minerality, agave, loads of citrus, lots of pepper for the medium to long finish
Smooth, light pepper finish, cooked agave, herbals present, mint, anise - subtle citrus- delicious all the way around- terrific sipper- cool-ass bottle too!
Clean Aroma . Nothing over powering. Taste is also clean with nice heat and pepper on the backend. Very enjoyable Blanco.
Lots of sweet baked agave on the nose as well as light citrus, anise and caramel. On the palate theres an immediate burst of flavors including sweet cooked agave, raisen, anise, caramel and a soft peppery finish. No burn at at all and very easy ti sip. Happy to know that its confirmed additive free. The gorgeous bottle is a bonus. I would gladly bring this to a party or give it as a gift. Great job Inspiro!
