Cooked agave, cinnamon, citrus on the aroma, baking spice follows. Flavor hits with nice ripe stone fruit, cinnamon and ginger spice. More pepper heat on a 40% blanco but still balanced up front. Heat doesn't kill the taste buds on the finish. Wasn't sure what to expect on a new brand but it really is clean on the tongue. A legit blanco. I'd definitely buy the aged expressions when/if available

Very light, clean, with little heat. Very easy sipper. Love it.

Sweet agave, earthy aromas, sweet grassy/herbal mouthfeel & long tingling finish.

I have a Bottle of the 1480, it has this citrusy lemon thing going on with an overpowering zest. It goes from sweet to rough around the edges to a light lingering lime zest with ginger. Reminds me of Altos and Siete Leguas. Now that a few days has passed this has opened rather well to a very light Citrusy sweetness with a fading agave taste with a mid palate black pepper. I’d drink this again. It may even take a third day on some bottles but it settles well.

Clean, light, citrus and sweet but not artificial… velvety mouth. Reminds me of the time I was wrestling in Jalisco and met this mysterious women who’s kiss knocked me off my feet. When I woke up she was gone and she stole my shoes.

On the Nose nothing jumped out at me right away but let it sit longer and get light cooked agave, grapefruit and citrus notes... the taste is similar with citrus and white pepper. The finish is silky and balanced. I can easily drink a lot of this in one sitting.
