Cooked agave, cinnamon, citrus on the aroma, baking spice follows. Flavor hits with nice ripe stone fruit, cinnamon and ginger spice. More pepper heat on a 40% blanco but still balanced up front. Heat doesn't kill the taste buds on the finish. Wasn't sure what to expect on a new brand but it really is clean on the tongue. A legit blanco. I'd definitely buy the aged expressions when/if available
Nose: Very fruit forward, big floral presents, some citrus and a creamy mouth feel Flavor: ripe fruit, natural sweetness, some cooked agave, and wet cement Finish: Medium where the minerals again show up
Very light, clean, with little heat. Very easy sipper. Love it.
A little too much heat for my palate. Over powers the agave flavors. Fair price, nice aromas.
