Sampled at store. Detected additives, which are a bit obtuse, but not as much as those in the reposado.

On the sweeter side of tequila, no agave detected at all Barrel spice was overwhelming

Syrupy sweet. Like they’re doing everything possible to hide the real flavor. Not for me.

aroma is off-putting, burnt vanilla extract or caramel. the flavor is a vanilla LifeSaver candy dipped in coco powder. nothing natural here. tell tale sign is how cloying it is as soon as it hits the tongue. completely coats it with unnatural sweetness. also top lip tingles after tequila passes over it as if you freshly applied Burt's Bees Wax. this is $120??? (gave this a score of 1 on value). there is nothing here that is anywhere close to what a good, traditionally made tequila strives to be.

I just can drink this again overly sweet but not the good just poor additives. Thanks God I didn't buy it. This was a double shot at a restaurant.

Let’s not be fooled by the beautiful bottle, very sweet, artificial, definitely manipulated, tasted more like a sweet tequila base cocktail than a fine extra Anejo. Not your purest kind of XA. Made for the American palate.

Super heavy vanilla and chocolate and a noticeable burnt caramel aroma. Not at all natural, and not a tequila for people who know what tequila is supposed to smell and taste like. No agave anywhere to be found. Just lots of sugary sweetness. Really, Mike? C’mon.

Chocolate, burnt caramel nose- a more intense version of the repo, mimicking a heavy toast with additives. Astringent, chocolate finish with thicker glycerin for mouthfeel. No agave again. If this tequila is the añejo I can’t imagine how heavy handed the XA is.

Aftertaste is too winter cordial. Like a dessert tequila after sitting around a fire. Each sip gets a stronger dessert taste.

This was very drinkable, but I suspect mainly due to additives. I could definitely taste additives, the original flavors were mostly covered.

Undrinkable for me. Not even sure this is a tequila; I have a full bottle and have no interest in consuming the rest.

It’s as if they tried covering up the oak barrel taste with sugar . Terrible anejo

Very smooth with a lot of brown sugar or maple syrup flavor. Slight heat. Good as a sipping tequila.

Not the best tequila I've tried, the sweet taste is a bit masked by an alcohol taste. For the price ($129) I wouldn't recommend it.

Taste Test: We Tried Michael Jordan’s New Cincoro Tequila

I’ve never drank tequila by itself this early in the day before, let alone slowly sipped it. But I have a good reason: What, exactly, the tequila tastes like from Cincoro Tequila.
