Very closed/discreet aroma. Faint notes of chocolate and citrus. Also noticing a “sweet” note that is not cooked agave. Flavor begins mild and builds to a spicy end. Begins with baking spice (cinnamon, nutmeg) moves to a middle that is not great (rubber-y) and finishes with slightly bitter coffee. The finish is spicy and short to medium.
