Oaky, caramel, barrel spice in a dark amber color but relatively light drinker. Nothing too special but did the trick for a glass out.

Another local store's barrel pick. Again, expected blandness, but exceeded expectations. Nice solid repo for about 35 bucks.

Single Barrel Pick Woodman's. Nice barrel influence on the nose. Easy to drink. Oak on the pallet. Agave is a bit lost.

Meh. A bit overpriced for what’s in the bottle. I get more barrel than agave.

I prefer this one over añejo and blanco. Easy aroma of honey , oak and orange that also translates to body and finish. Price makes it a good deal!

Great off the hop but all the agave disappears pretty quick, good finish(nutty) with a nice mouth feel.

Some bitter notes on the finish I don't love but overall OK. Oak and barrel spice with baked agave. Tasted again with a cleaner palate and some nice initial sweetness presents but what I said above still applies.

Blanton's barrel. Not bad but has a lot, a lot of bourbon flavor and finish. If I was drinking with a bourbon drinker, this would be a good choice, for me drinking what I like...not so much...price was exceptional at $29.00

Store Pick Reposado aged in Blanton's barrels. Very little on the nose, but what is there is mild and pleasant. Not much agave on the nose or palate. No burn, not much spice, very easy to drink and approachable.

Very little nose if any at all. Mild taste, smooth with little complexity. Made for newcomers to the tequila world. Much better out of this distillery for sure.

Smokey, with a peppery bite.

Nose: good amount of anise, sweet, green apple. Maybe too sweet. Mouth: baked spices, nutmeg, green apple, warmth, not much agave, peppery finish.

Delicious. Tends to get me tipsy sooner than other brands!

smell: hint of agave and cinnamon sweetness but overall little to no smell taste: agave, anise with a medicinal flavor. finish: strong burnt flavor with a medicinal anise flavor and an oak after taste. definitely undrinkable and very disappointing for a repo

I get the vanilla, citrus, honey and cooked agave. Short to medium lasting finish. The price just cracked CA$50 where I am but still a good deal for the quality of spirit. I believe was voted world's best reposado a couple years back. Will re-buy

$52 Aroma can really be enjoyed by the wait. Honey is dominant after a few sips. Very good.

Rested in Blanton's bourbon barrel. It's a balance of whiskey tequila. Mild and easy to drink.
