Mexican 35% abv. versión, lote: H1428A10221, bottled on 27-08-2014, tasted on 3-30-24. Color: dark yellow to light brown. Aroma: barley whisky, vanilla, light maple syrup, wood notes, toasted caramel, after 20 minutes in the glass a light green vegetal and herbaceous aroma emerges. Light acidity. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, wood note with light maple syrup is slightly dominating. Finish is medium to long, wood notes with toasted caramel, vanilla, a hint of herbal aromas with light maple syrup notes persist.
