Pepper on a nose and taste, with sweetness, pepper, some orange citrus, ice tea and floral notes. It's not bad, but for the price... there are others that are better.

I like the nose and initial taste but something takes an odd turn in the aftertaste, almost bitter like burnt toast.

Aroma had hints of citrus, pepper, and some smoke

I find that this has less aroma than any tequila I have tried yet. It is lovely and very palatable however. Perhaps you can't smell the water in a cenote from its edge and it's a carefully crafted simile.

It has a nice grassy finish. But other wise nothing special.

Floral aromatics, easy drinking with unique flavour characteristics for a blanco, very smooth clean finish with nice aftertaste Floral, cooked agave and earthy notes, versus traditional pepper and agave notes

First rating, enjoyed it but I don't have much experience in fine tequilas.

Awesome body, beautiful feel in the mouth, a little Briney and olive notes, agave is present. Smooth finish and not much burn for a blanco!

Cenote is my kinda liquado. It’s got a slight pepperiness that reminds me a bit of Tierra Noble, but it’s smoother with perhaps a little heat.

At a tasting where the master of ceremonies said this blanco is aged for three weeks in oak barrels. I have no idea why this is treated with such preciousness. A very overwhelming aftertaste to deal with for such a highly planned grand plan.

Really nice aroma, citrus with a small burn that isn’t too much. Nice flavor and decent sweet finish. Actually very well balanced, not much earthy flavor.

Over priced and a very disappointing tequila in my opinion . Had to add agave syrup to it to drink .
