On the nose I get earth, a small amount of cooked agave, some fruit dried cherries and a hint of vanilla. The flavor starts with some spice like white pepper the cook agave is there but not the amount that I like, creamy mouth feel, light amount of citrus lime peel, and earth. The finish is full of pepper and fads out somewhat disappointing. This tasting was over an hour and in the PM. I will try it again late morning to see if the pallet changes.

A delightful fruity profile- it's smooth with a nice little bite and easy to drink. UPF has a fruity and buttery nose and a smooth delicious taste. Cool bottle and well priced.

Sweet agave nose, smooth and peppery with pleasant warm finish , seem to be some sweetness perhaps from champagne yeast

This one is fun with the bottle design but the flavor is a little sharp with alcohol feel. It would be a good mixer.

Clean aroma of agave and slight minerality. Medium fast tears, low alcohol on the nose. Alcohol is a bit more on first sip, but opens with some sweetness and slight citrus. Not bad, but a bit astringent on the finish. C+

Hints of fresh agave. Aroma has white pepper, brine and mint. Citrus, butter, vegetal dill in the taste. The taste ends with an oily herbal lime finish. Pretty decent balance.

Lots of herbal and earthy notes accompany a roasted agave aroma. I get oregano, thyme, and mint, it's fairly distinctive. There are also some cherry and vanilla notes going on. The flavor is very much what you expect from the nose, albeit with a muddling of the herbs and a touch of brine. Not bad at all, but not really a sipper. Would do well in a standard margarita, especially one on the not-as-sweet side

Great flavor profile. Warm with no bite. Notes of citrus. Beautiful agave flavor.

I can’t believe this is $40-50. It has not much flavor at all. No notes of agave. I guess if all you want is to pound shots, you can get through this easy, but if you want to enjoy a tequila, there are 100’s of better options.

Not much flavor or aroma. Smells of roasted pumpkin& citrus peel. Smooth mouth feel. Short finish. Non complex. Too smooth=vodka ish. Light agave flavors, baked sweetness. Refreshing style tequila. Good if you are new to tequila and don’t want a tequila punch & flavor.

No breadth, depth nor finish for me. No joy, no excitement nor any pleasure to note. OK, not good to me and of no note.
