The oak treatment has really muted the sweetness, this has achieved much more balance and I’m a huge fan! If you’re looking for a subtle fan favourite this might be it.

Similar sweet, vegetal nose as the blanco with traces of butterscotch and citrus. Light body, I get cooked agave followed by barrel notes on low volume.. some caramel and oak. Followed by a touch of pepper, the finish is short and the heat hangs in the back of the mouth.

I like this better than the blanco as the edges have been rounded off a bit. Still spicy on sipping there is caramel, toffee, barrel spice of oak and custard. This tastes aged enough to be an anejo actually. Interesting and not cookie cutter.

This is a somewhat pleasant tequila but it's a bit overpriced. Yet another celebrity brand--this is from George Strait.

Great aromas & taste. Vanilla, carmel and citrus in both the nose & mouth. The oak stands out but not overpowering. It needs to open a bit before you can notice the cooked agave flavors and aromas.

Love the flavors and smell of this tequila. Carmel comes thru without tasting like candy and smooth finish.

Oak, Spice mild burn but decent finish. Paid $59.00 for this and while this is a decent Repo IMHO there are better options for a lot less money.

Very nice tequila, IMHO, it’s for sipping only with a $60+/- price tag but that’s all relative. Extremely smooth finish with some complexity along the way. Try it...you’ll love it!

Light notes of agave in the nose...not much to it; alcohol burn across the tongue, subtle agave & vanilla notes; honey & vanilla finish, nothing special; being a HUGE George Strait fan, I want to love this brand, but it isn’t worth the price point;

Nose is slightly hot but still has great aromas of cooked agave and bright citrus. Flavour is nicely agave driven which rolls into a fairly soft finish.

Subtle and fresh cooked agave aroma; hints of vanilla. Flavour is very agave-forward with caramel and citrus. Really nice long balanced, spicy finish. Great tequila!!!

Great offering but almost priced a little high. Citrus notes, agave forward, a touch of oak and vanilla, not overly sweet.

Caramel-y sweet and fruity nose! Body remains sweet but lacks the complexity I expected from the nose, has a hint of pepper. Good finish.
