a little sweet, maybe hunt of carmel?

Very sweet, syrup-like. Caramel flavor. Very little agave flavor. Probably not for purists, but I enjoy it a lot. Enjoyable to sip as a dessert.

This tequila is simply too sweet for my taste. I prefer the Adictivo in American Oak Barrels over the French used in this tequila.

starts with a peppery sweet taste with oak present. Has a caramel finish.

Good all around sipping tequila. Nice smooth flavor up front followed by a nice finish.

This has about as much in common with a real tequila as a painting of a pipe has to do with a digital rend

Very sweet - a little too sweet.

Not my favourite style, quite sweet but I see that some people( rum drinkers and cognac drinkers) would go crazy for this.

What are they thinking?! After growing the Agaves for 8+ years and then aging for another 7 years you would think this would be a truly stellar tasting tequila. Why is rubber and solvent the top tasting notes in this sip? A bit of caramel on the nose only. Has no lasting warm finish, no agave. The tequila character is nonexistent. I've had many XAs this one falls very short.

I tried this in Ensenada. It is delicious and I will try this again as to give a full description.

My friends that I get to try this call it "Magic Tequila". The amazing rich and deep flavors of this Tequila will not disappoint. Once poured the flavors come to you in each sip finishing smooth and opening the world to even people that think they are not Tequila drinkers. It is a tad bit sweet but I would not call it a "dessert" tequila.

Very smooth and a bit sweet. Great aromas. Carmel & Vanilla very evident. A cognac-ish flavor and finish. A unique sipping tequila which will remain in my rotation.

Sampled on trip to Mexico last November... it must have been a recently released product at the time and ALL the shops were pushing it like crazy. Not impressed. Way too sweet for my palate. Tastes like it's been artificially sweetened. I personally think it's overpriced for what it is.

It might be too sweet for others but I love it.
