Well crafted tequila! Basic framework of a blanco, clean, crisp, cooked agave shines thru. Low-medium complexity

Had this at El Buho with Emilio. I was very impressed by it. Tasted very clean, lots of agave and sweetness. Wishing I picked up a bottle of it.

Taste of sweat agave (cinnamon, light citrus (orange peel) with a nice peppery finish. Very nice.

This one is very unique, especially the aroma. I like it, don't love it. Very unique aroma, grass? Not one I've smelled before. Flavor is sweet agave. Finish is so easy you don't even notice it. Definitely an easy sipper. Not the first bottle I'm going to reach for but I will recommend it just based off how different it is

I like this but don't love it. It lags behind a bit to the Puntagave Rustico that I recently rated. Very aromatic once poured, the aroma carried very quickly and was filled with roast agave. This has a nice bite on entry and the aroma of agave carries over to the taste . Finish is pretty short and I think this is the difference between this and the PR. This was interesting but not sure it has value at 600 pesos.

Reminds me of Cirolo 23, a super complex Blanco that cant be understood at a quick glance. Smells EXACTLY like agave should after it’s roasted, you can’t fake this!Mint and medium sweetness, reminds me of a boutique chocolate bar. Really unique and amazing.

Beautiful appearance with glints of silver and a perla upon pouring. Very unique herbal/ripe cheese notes on nosing. Then comes tropical fruits, cut grass and banana liqueur. Something floral going on. Creamy mouth feel with white pepper heat, agave and nuts: almonds and hazelnuts. Lengthy finish of sweetness and pepper.

There's something special going on here. Very grassy aroma, nice thick oily mouth feel, and a very pleasing finish. I'm a fan!

Lote: 344A04N:14, bottled on 18-12-2019, tasted on 10-7-23 Aroma: starts very green & vegetal, once it softens, cooked agave, anise, earthy, dusty, slightly acidic. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour & acidic balance. Finish is medium to medium long, raw green agave with a touch of sweetness and good acidic balance persists.

Minty and alcohol on the nose. Mouthfeel is great, almost liqueur like. Has a slight peppery, agave, even grass like taste that is very smooth with the finish. Unique compared to other Blancos.

Aromas: agave, alcohol, grass & mint. Flavors: agave, alcohol, pepper, mint & grass. Really nice complex Blanco! I let it open up for several minutes and it was worth the wait! Aroma and flavor are in sync. A long minty/peppery finish to top it off!

I had high expectations given the ratings...i didn't find it all that great. I'm not a fan of the alcohol nose and harsh finish. It's slightly sweet and lacks agave punch that i love in a good Blanco. I'll let it rest and try it again
