I like this but don't love it. It lags behind a bit to the Puntagave Rustico that I recently rated. Very aromatic once poured, the aroma carried very quickly and was filled with roast agave. This has a nice bite on entry and the aroma of agave carries over to the taste . Finish is pretty short and I think this is the difference between this and the PR. This was interesting but not sure it has value at 600 pesos.
Reminds me of Cirolo 23, a super complex Blanco that cant be understood at a quick glance. Smells EXACTLY like agave should after it’s roasted, you can’t fake this!Mint and medium sweetness, reminds me of a boutique chocolate bar. Really unique and amazing.
Starts with a small blast of alcohol and fresh agave notes. Vanilla and almonds with a touch of bitterness. Some pepper... Decent but nothing to write home about...
Beautiful appearance with glints of silver and a perla upon pouring. Very unique herbal/ripe cheese notes on nosing. Then comes tropical fruits, cut grass and banana liqueur. Something floral going on. Creamy mouth feel with white pepper heat, agave and nuts: almonds and hazelnuts. Lengthy finish of sweetness and pepper.
