Bottle #16672 Aroma: Huge cherry aroma which is not what I was expecting at all. There's almost no chocolate aroma that you traditionally associate with a CN product. Flavor: Again surprised by the flavor. It has a strong pepper note and hints of cherry and vanilla. Finish: the finish is nice and long and hangs out in the back of your mouth.

Bottle #16672 Unique aroma of cherry/cherry cola dominates the nose with possibly a hint of banana. Surprisingly, none of the classic Casa Noble chocolate aroma is present. The strong, biting pepper flavor is another surprise. Long, warm finish throughout. Tasted side-by-side with Zeetequila "Black Gold" 5-year extra añejo.

I use to buy this around 10 years ago for around $98 a bottle. Which now would cost easily $500 or more. I don’t understand these reviews if they’re even talking about this gold leafed bottle. Because it’s an amazing anejo tequila it set the standard for what a high end extra Anejo should be. I had 4 bottles of my own plus another 3 or 4 my friends shared with me. Smooth, on the front agave, spicy, than caramel with hints of vanilla and cherry on the finish. My last bottle is now gone. I’ve been trying for years to find comparable tequila to this paying up to $350 but can’t. Had a couple gifted sips of $500 to $1000 bottled anejos and those are as close as it gets.

Bottle has been sitting in my bar for a long time and I decided to crack this bad boy open on Father’s Day. Amazing aroma and finish and well worth the wait.

Liked the woody flavor but was almost too smooth. Tasted kind of watered down
