Great stuff with notes of cooked agave, caramel, vanilla, chocolate, a little vegetal agave pepper, chocolate pairing brings out pears and tropical fruit.

Aroma: cooked agave, butterscotch, vanilla followed by a light pepper and heat. taste: sweet cooked agave comes through in the beginning followed by some fruit (pear) then enters some oaky bitterness and heat then rhey say good by and slowly fade out finish: light oak bitterness and heat. I like the finish on this. leaves me wanting to have another sip overall, I enjoyed this XA and love the character it has. it makes a really nice sipping tequila and would go great with a nice cigar or even some chocolate.
