Wow! Nice caramel, vanilla, and spice with a slight buttery aroma. Very smooth stuff. Amazing value since I bought it directly from the distillery. If you find this, buy it!!!!
Mexican 35% abv. version, lote: 090915R1, bottled on 05-06-2016, tasted on 1-15-24. Color: yellow. Aroma: cooked agave, light vanilla, light wood notes, slightly herbaceous, hint of caramel, light orange peel, creamy sensation, feels full bodied which is impressive considering its low abv. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, aromas are present but feels thin on the palate, ethanol sensation feels higher than its abv., hint of dust. Finish is short to medium, light cooked agave, light orange juice, cinnamon, light herbaceous note, light wood and vanilla notes persist but not too long.
