This blanco tequila delivers a bittersweet and flat experience, with subtle herbal, minty, and vegetal nuances. While the herbal elements add some complexity, the overall taste lacks the vibrancy needed to elevate it to a truly engaging blanco.

Mexican 35% abv. version, lote: 090915R1, bottled on 05-06-2016, tasted on 1-15-24. Color: yellow. Aroma: cooked agave, light vanilla, light wood notes, slightly herbaceous, hint of caramel, light orange peel, creamy sensation, feels full bodied which is impressive considering its low abv. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, aromas are present but feels thin on the palate, ethanol sensation feels higher than its abv., hint of dust. Finish is short to medium, light cooked agave, light orange juice, cinnamon, light herbaceous note, light wood and vanilla notes persist but not too long.

Mexican 35% abv. version, lote: 280718B1, bottled on 01-09-2018, tasted on 11-4-23. This bottle has a flip-top stopper/closure. Aroma: light sweet cooked agave, hints of floral aromas, light bodied, crisp, minerality, light earthiness, light citrus, all present aromas are quite subtle and after 20 minutes in the glass it is even more subtle, and becomes more mineral. Palate: confirms aromas perceived but very subtle. Quite mineral on the palate too. Finish is medium, cooked agave, mineral, light citrus and earthy aromas persist but not too long.
