NOM 1499 | For some reason has a much harsher finish than the repo, must be the oak flexing its muscles?! Light and super easy drinking, I am a fan.

NOM 1107 | Mexican 36% release. Nose: Earth and mineral start with an herbal note. Caramel, vanilla, and brown sugar. Flavor: Fruit and baked agave, nuttiness and slightly bitter pepper notes. Finish: It has a boldness that I like in the slightly rough finish.

NOM 1547 | Pretty amazing nose on this, very much in the vein of cognac/brandy. A touch sweet but you can still trace its agave lineage.

It is good.... Yummy.... Whiskey like but enough tequilaness. Am not used to Anejos. Some alcohol burn. But good flavour. Pricey in Vancouver at $85 CDN.

This may be the finest thing I have ever smelled, I'll leave describing the flavour to poets.

NOM 1107 | Aroma really stands out, sweet agave smell. I was expecting more after that but what I got was a decent but average tequila. Price is also respectable which makes it worth the purchase.

Aromas of oak, toffee and something herbal perhaps eucalyptus Flavours of oak, caramel, eucalyptus, and agave. Finish is has lingering notes of caramel and ends quite smooth. Decent tequila, unfortunately I don't have the NOM handy as I tranfered this to a decanter

NOM 1107 | Average at best. No real distinct traits that would make me buy another bottle.

NOM 1107 | Now this is one extravaganza of flavor! If you head to flavortown, then go straight to the mayor’s office and then immediately bite off a piece of his ear, you’ll get a sense of the sheer olfactory force of this agave spirit. The oaking is neatly balanced with the Blanco flavors. It lingers on the back of the palate for some time. It’s not the most amazing thing I’ve ever had, but for the price it’s quite nice.

NOM 1107 | Compared to the blanco and the reposado the anejo in this line lost me. The barrel aging takes over and leaves the brightness in the backseat which leaves an unbalanced flavour in my opinion.
