Aroma: grass, herbal, raw agave, green banana, earth tones. Palate: citrus, raw agave, white pepper, earth, and taste really organic. Finish is short with some pepper and raw agave.

The aroma is not to my liking. Smells of sulfur.

Deep aroma of mint, fruit and agave. Smells very fresh and clean. Minty flavor fills the mouth along with a hint of anise. Finish is short to moderate and stays in the mouth. This tequila is certified organic. A solid one. Revised/revisited 08-20-2021

Cinnamon and agave nectrar on smell straight out of bottle. Getting mainly fruit on aroma in glass. Maybe a creamy peach. Flavor is pretty good overall. Jalapeños with a touch of sweetness. Slightly hot and peppery for the finish with some bitterness but not bad. Didn't taste additives and it is sippable. Worth a try for $30 and would go great in a margarita. Update: sat for several months and opened up more. Getting new vegetal and champagne notes.
