LOTE 100617-B. Marbete from 2014. Aroma: light anise, light sweet cooked agave, citrus, fresh. Palate: light sweet cooked agave, good sweet and sour balance.

Cooked agave Black pepper
Nose: Big baked agave entrance. Spicy with citrus zest. A dusty note and minerals. Flavor: Cinnamon, cloves and a bit of vanilla. Nice peppery zing. Plenty of sweet agave front and center. Pleasing mouth feel. Finish: Late blooming ripe tree fruit nuances, backed up with pepper and anise. A guest presenter at our Ajijic Tequila Club October 2019.
