Truly amazing añejo! Warm agave, nutty, fruit, citrus, berries, lots going on here. Hard to find now.

Definitely worth the USD32 I paid for it in January 2022. Nose is great and a bit better than the palate. Nice oak characteristics that are a bit rare lately. Not a large, or any, grass note presence like in the blanco I had in 2019, but a very unique tequila anyway.

Aroma: mix of agave and caramel , sugar, spices, earth and anise with bourbon. Palate: cooked agave with spices and bourbon flavor. Finish: licores and bourbon that last long. It is complex and a must try if you can still find it.

Not Corrido but what a value. Agave, oak, barrel spice of cinnamon, caramel and some light vanilla. Thanks Mike Bucca.

Edited 2/4/2019 Nose: Bold and crisp agave with mineral notes peeking through. Orange and lime citrus, with some pineapple. Vanilla and caramel to add another dimension. Flavors: This blossoms with the second and third sips. Barrel spices of clove, cinnamon and cardamom. Butterscotch, hazelnut and pepper playing well with light oak. Agave remains front and center. Finish: There is some candle wax like notes on the back end.
