Mexican 35% abv. version, lote: L010218SA, bottled on 09-02-2018, tasted on 12-25-23. Color: light yellow. Aroma: cooked agave, intense herbal notes, earthy, it has a slight effervescent sensation, dusty, slightly sulphuric aroma which dissipates after 20 minutes in the glass. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, sulphuric and earthy sensation are more intense on the palate, citrus and slightly acidic. Finish is medium to long, a hint of cooked agave, earthy, sulphuric and citrus notes persist.
