NOM 1608 | 40% abv., lot: L01RVDE, bottled on a 12/07/2024, tasted on 1-6-25. Color: very light yellow. Aroma: light cooked agave, light lactic note, light acidity, slightly minty, hint of green vegetal notes, after 20 minutes in the glass agave fiber aroma emerges. Creamy & buttery. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, there is an unnatural sweetness… cloying. Finish is medium to almost medium long, agave fiber aroma with unnatural sweetness dominates.
