Rather neutral nose, doesn’t pull me in but doesn’t drive me off with false aromas. maraschino cherry and mint, there is something about this that reminds me of waxy Easter candy when I was a kid. Boozy finish with medium distance.
40% abv., lot: B01BVDE, bottled on 12/07/2024, tasted on 11-1-24. Aroma: light cooked agave, light acidity, hint of sourness, light earthiness, hint of citrus. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, however, ethanol sensation is medium to high and it is quite sour on the palate with hard mineral water like sensation. Ends a tad bitter. Finish is medium to medium long, hint of cooked agave, light sourness with ethanol heat persists.
Sweet agave on the nose, loses some on the palate. Short finish. This would probably be a good mixer, it was an ok sipper.
