I’m my opinion El Fogonero tequila is one of the best Extra-Añejo’s I have tried for the price!!! I love Herradura Sellecion Suprema but it’s $350 a bottle and my next favorite is Tapatio XA for $200 so El Fogonero at $100 is a terrific value. Tasting notes of pineapple, oak, honey, agave, caramel and butterscotch with a very crisp/clean finish of brown sugar and vanilla custard....

Tried this in Reno for the first time. I’ve never had a tequila this smooth and balanced. Perfect amount of oak, agave, and dried fruit. Finish is extra crisp/clean. It’s one of those tequilas that you keep pulling more flavors out of the more you sip on.

Amazing color and incredible 1st taste. The finish is by far the best part of the tequila. Overall an incredible find!

Besides Herradura Sellecion Suprema this is one of the best tasting tequila i've ever had! Very smooth w tasting notes of butterscotch, pineapple, and spice!!! It has a hint of sweetness naturally from the agave which I love. Not over the top sweet like Addictivo extra anejo or Cave De Oro.

A great tequila for the price. Reminds me of Tapatio Excellencia for about 1/2 the price. Hints of oak, honey, agave, caramel, and brown sugar. Delicious!
