NOM 1420 | Nose: Citrus, ripe raspberry, agave, cinnamon and earth. Flavor: Vanilla, caramel, black pepper, ripe fruit and traces of mint and anise.

NOM 1420 | Marbete is from 2007, 40% abv., codes got erased, tasted 9-29-23: Color: just a tad of yellow. Aroma: cooked agave with a touch of sweetness, slight acid, a touch of citrus, earthy. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, which are subtle, alcohol sensation is medium high and impregnating. Finish is medium to medium long, subtle cooked agave note with ethanol sensation persists.
NOM 1420 | Great looking bottle, flavors and aromas of sweet cooked agave. A slight artificial vanilla flavor, suspect additives of some sort. Showed well through the finish.
