Big brother of the Arrogante, Technico, Rudo tequila familia. Agave and some citrus in the mouth and a nice spicy jalapeno pepper finish.

Strong aroma of alcohol with mild notes of agave, citrus and saline. The flavor is full of agave with a spicy pepper underlying. Strange, thick aftertaste with a little bitter almond. Finish is moderate. Another middle-of-the-road blanco. There is really nothing to criticize here unless you want to deduct for blandness. Just nothing that stands out. And, if you want to say "oh, it's good for using in a mixed drink" I would suggest a) at the same price point buy a better tequila and improve your mixed drink, or b) if you're just looking to add alcohol to your mixed drink you can buy decent tequila for much less. 06/18/2017 (vertical tasting)

Same NOM as Rudo, and very similar. And just like Rudo, this is decent and that's all. But this one is higher priced and nothing about it justifies the cost. Interesting packaging.

Great nose, tons of agave, pepper and citrus. Lighter on the palate, melon and cinnamon. Nice sweet agave finish. Tasted from a random mini I bought in Tlaquepaque. Delicious!!!!

little smell except alchohol. taste is very very mineral with not much else. I actually like this type of mineral taste. then it follows up with quite a kick of alcohol burn. would be good in a margarita but for the price this is a terrible value.

Cooked agave and cardboard on the nose. Pepper, mint and chalk on the taste. Solvent mint finish.

Nothing special or really interesting. Simply a middle of the road blanco. Ideal for mixing, a quick shot but nothing to sip and enjoy.
