In a video review, Lou gives his opinion on the full lineup of Embajador Tequilas.
Mention that a tequila is from NOM 1509 and you immediately have my attention. With gems like Crotalo and Alma in their profile, I would happily try anything that they pump out of the Tequila Embajador, S.A. de C.V. distillery.
Agave, lime, and banana on a very light aroma. Tasting agave, banana, grapefruit, vegetal, cinnamon, barely any oak. This is softer than the Blanco and an overall nice sip.
