Agave, vanilla, cherry — but very light aroma for an Añejo. I’m tasting agave, vanilla, caramel, cherry, cinnamon, pepper, and just touch of oak. It’s soft and light like the Repo, with the cherry replacing the vegetal tones.
Agave, lime, and banana on a very light aroma. Tasting agave, banana, grapefruit, vegetal, cinnamon, barely any oak. This is softer than the Blanco and an overall nice sip.
On the nose I’m picking up agave, lime zest, mint, and some vegetal. I taste agave, pepper, lime, and grapefruit. This is an ok sip but I think would be great in a Paloma.

Federal authorities in Jalisco, Mexico, have seized more than a million litres of “irregular” Tequila, the largest raid by health authorities under the “Together against Illegality” campaign.
A press release of the Health Ministry explained that an operation was conducted on the premises of the Tequila Embajador company in the western state of Jalisco.
