I tried this neat before making a margarita. It was a little vegetal and I got a slight hint of agave. The finish was a little rough. For mixing, I love this tequila. You can't beat it for the reasonable price

Surprisingly bright and clean agave nose, citrusy and verdant, if perhaps a bit too much alcohol sneaking through. The triple distillation, to me anyway, shows on the palate, where’s there’s a slight harshness, overstripped of those green citrusy notes from the nose. That said, it cleans up well enough in the finish, has ample body, and is a great value (easily available in the $15-$20 range locally). Thus, rather happily recommended.

Mexican 35% ABV Nose: Some spiciness, dusty minerals, agave and a vegetable presence- celery? Flavors: Somewhat muddled flavors. Vanilla and sweetness, pepper heat with accompanying bitter note, cinnamon. Finish is much like the nose and flavors, not horrid, but not much to distinguish itself from a host of middle of the heap tequilas.

Perfect for margaritas, not for sipping.

Not the greatest smell . Good blanco for a margarita . Fair value .

Doesn’t smell like I want to dig in, not pungent but not top shelf smelling. Flavor better then expected but a longer bitter finish then expected. Not a bad tequila, though as I write this I still feel some stinging in my chest.... still there.... eh. I would serve it but not to empress. Not sure about recommending it, I would because it’s not a bad tequila, but there are so many good ones out there. On it’s own merit without comparing it to others I guess I would.

Surprisingly hot and bumpy for a triple distilled Blanco, I was expecting less flavour and personality. I think this is great for making cocktails & margs, it will stay present with other flavours present.

Alcohol and agave mixed overpowers the flavor and finish

Works well as a mixer, but I didn't enjoy it neat.

Aroma of alcohol. Taste is ok without too much alcohol. Finish is smooth enough. Probably going in mixed drinks. Bottle is really nice.

Agave, citrus & nuts on the nose. Grilled pinapple with herbal, cinnamon. Vanilla walnut finish.

very smooth with a mellow almost silky finish. aroma is a bit pungent like gasoline, but the flavor and finish combine for an elite tequila.

First on the cork is alcohol, almost striking. it masks most other aromas besides cooked agave. Taste is also strong alcohol, but not as strong as aroma suggests. Lots of cooked agave, subtle citrus, black pepper, and vegital. It's good, but pretty basic. To some, that's actually a good thing, if you're a purist, this is a great bargain. As others have stated before, slightly higher marks because it's such a bargain, especially considering it's a somewhat traditional brick oven product.

All the scores I've given this tequila are sightly bumped due to the value ratio. I get this tequila regularly for $19.99. It is an acceptable Blanco at regular price, but for my price it's a steal and has become a staple in my bar!

A consummate mixing tequila. Works very well in margaritas or other mixed drinks, but just a little too "hot" want to drink straight.
