Would be a 92 if it wasn’t so pricey- good stuff
Another beautiful bottle from Patron, not sure it needed to be triple distilled, smooth (vodka like smooth) enjoyable but I want cooked agave flavors in my tequila
You can definitely pick out the Patron yeast but I don’t love this as much as I used to. My palette is a bit wonky after trying a bunch of aged tequilas so I’ll revisit another day when I’m fresh. I don’t get that sweet roasted agave flavour that I love, it tastes a little too bitter.
Good, but way overpriced.
Expensive and triple distilled the open bottle is from 2007. A bit soft compared to the double distilled regular blanco. The presentation is immaculate with a black velvet bag and birds eye maple case. This presentation set the tone for future releases such as Burdeos and Piedre packages. The tequila is flavorful with roast agave and citrus present through out. Price alone holds this back.
Nice caramelized agave nose with spice and a kiss of vanilla . Bright lemon notes. Taste of creamy agave, pineapple, and cinnamon with a hit of pepper. Not terribly viscous. But nice mouth feel. Lengthy finish with balanced pepper, some spice zinginess, and ripe agave. This is my edited version, and it is far better than my first impression.
Tasted at the Patron Distillery, and then many times at home afterward. Loads of cooked agave in the aroma and flavor. Very pleasing and easy to drink. I really enjoy this stuff.
Tequila bar tasting…. Served in tiny wooden goblet so hard to fully appreciate…. Not a cristalino fan. Need a proper tasting opportunity.
Very smooth! It’s got a pretty good flavor for a blanco. Personally, I’m an anejo & BA anejo person but this isn’t bad at all. Would I buy it again? Probably not at the price it goes for.
Light sweet aroma, like & pepper. Easy to drink, light sweet flavours. 10/10
Light agave is light tasting alcohol Estringent This is good for someone that’s does not like tequila
Classic Patron nose, lots of pepper. Much sweeter and less citrusy taste than expected.
Aroma agave and citrus notes Taste oak, agave and vanilla Finish is short flavour disappears quite quickly is smooth though
color & body - clear, not too much body aroma alcohol citrus: lime taste citrus/acid pepper finish alcohol light lingering weak, fades fast: ~40'
Truthfully this was not very good. In all honesty it profiled exactly like a slightly smoother regular Patron blanco would be. Citrus notes, classic Patron yeast profile and some okay agave. Nothing to write home about. Especially considering the price. Do yourself a favor and get multiple bottles of something else like Fortaleza, El Tesoro, Mijenta, Corrido, Ocho, G4, etc.
Smooth finish
Nose had a slight citrus. Peppery, slight alcohol burn. Clean finish. Cooked agave on the exhale.
Exceptional smooth not much of a finish and rather expensive
The triple distil makes it super smooth, but not much flavour otherwise.
I’m more of an Anejo drinker. Packaging of the bottle on the velvet sheath and signed wooden box is a nice touch. Flavor a bit too peppery but for a non-aged tequila, it is too of class. A lot to spend for a tequila that’s not an AE.
Citrus on the nose Bit of pepper spice Smooth, bright. Peppery, citrus. Very smooth taste and a little sweet.
strong cooked agave, alcohol with a citrus twist and a moderate pepper flavour of agave and alcohol but a smooth finish with a touch of bitterness and sweet balance
This is an elegant, sophisticated, and highly (or overly) refined tequila. This for me is best enjoyed as a Patron Martini, fantastic! Also on the rock is another good way to enjoy this premium tequila. Nice lush viscosity mouthfeel. Aroma is lightweight with sweet ripe cooked agave. The flavor is elegantly crisp and clean with sweet cooked peppery agave. Finish is peppery smooth. Not overly complex or flavorful but definitely a luxury experience from start to finish. I have a feeling anyone will enjoy this fine tequila. Occasional tequila drinkers will enjoy but not appreciate it. May be overly pricy for a blanco considering other great blancos out there, especially at only 40% abv. Great presentation, top quality, elegant tequila. $126/Old Town.
nose; almond, pepper, lime, vanilla, oak. palate; roasted agave, white pepper, menthol.

Lemon grass, roasted agave, cinnamon, spices, lime, citrus, and black pepper. Finish a litter bitter.
