NOM 1414 | Aroma: Incredibly flavorful aroma. I get butter, berries, caramel, oak, mint and cooked agave. Definitely going the flavor is as complex! Flavor: Slightly bitter, lots of oak, and a bit of caramel. Probably too oaky for my liking but I can see where some people would love this tequila. Finish: Nice strong and solid finish. Definitely better than the Blanco and Reposado.

NOM 1414 | NOM 1414 The aroma is full of cedar/pine with just a little sweetness from caramel/vanilla. Smooth, sweet flavor of fruit and vanilla followed with a burst of baking spice - cinnamon/nutmeg. The finish is medium length. This is a nice sipping añejo. I would personally say the repo is the best if the vertical. 06/27/2017 (vertical tasting)

NOM 1414 | NOM 1414. Subtle aroma of baked agave, wood, vanilla and butter. Interesting flavor profile that includes baked agave, fruit, vanilla and baking spice (clove). These mild flavors give way to a bold pepper finish that lingers.

Aroma: Strong note of oak and slight hints of caramel and vanilla. Flavor: The flavor is a little underwhelming... There's a burst of flavor upfront with notes of caramel and oak but it dissipates quickly. Finish: Initially with the falloff of flavor I assumed there wouldn't be much of a finish but it picks up and has a nice long finish.

Good anejo. It still retains the cooked agave in the aromas & taste. Oak, olive & carmel in the aroma. Vanilla, butter & baking spice in the taste. Finishes with pepper, cloves & berries.

Review #319 - Manana Tequila Anejo

Manana is another brand that I've been curious about for a while. I was fortunate enough to get my hands on a sample of the anejo. If you read this blog on any sort of regular basis, you'll already know that I generally have an affinity for a juice comi
