Cooked agave. Peppery finish. Warm. Full mouth feel. Briney. Oily in a good way. Sweeter than I usually like, but pleasant.

Aroma of cooked agave and maybe orange. Flavor of orange and spice. Hint of sweetness. Finish pleasant but not long.

Aroma is agave, grass, pepper, maybe even a little apple sweetness. Taste has all the agave, grass, and pepper as well but a little bitterness that almost tastes like walnut. Also some honey sweetness. Finish ends on an agave, honey, walnut note! It's very pleasant but maybe doesn't jump out as something especially unique. Not sure what a bottle costs but I'd say it tastes like something mid-range.

I have grown to really love the full lineup from Don Fulano, starting with the blanco. No additives, no funny business, just straightforward good natural tequila. Aroma is agave, black pepper, earth and vegetal. Flavor has a rich sweet mature cooked agave taste. Super enjoyable. This is a tequila that will make both hardcore aficionados and tequila beginners happy.

I really like this blanco. Earthy aroma with slight vegetable. Taste is good with agave. The finish is one of the best—lengthy and warm.

Good tequila, has a confectionary quality without being sweet, reminds of those little powdered sugar rolls I used to get as a kid for Halloween. Nice aftertaste doesn’t stick around too long, I’m a fan.

Surprising to have not rated as yet. A ton of agave but also some creaminess from the resting in stainless for a time before bottling. Natural sweetness that fades to slight bitterness.

Round full nose. Agave, spices, smoke and a grassy herbal note. A touch of ripe Italian cheese peaking through. Flavors are complex. Cinnamon, aniseed and pepper. Some mint and hint of an earthy and slightly bitter root vegetable. Long and bold finish.

I found an old bottle of this in Cozumel Mexico. The label was almost worn off but the juice was still great.

Pepper and celery overtones. Agave flavour increases the longer it sits in the glass. Medium dry finish. My current golf bag stash.

I think this comes down to taste...its quite smokey in the mouth. Seems closer to a mezcal than a Tequila.

soft pepper nose with cooked agave close behind. slightly aggressive, but in a good way. it reminds me that I'm a man despite sipping from this dainty glass. citrus comes on strong up front, passing pepper around the bend. it's a quick race passed your pallet, with pepper, agave and butter close behind. but don't worry. you still won.

Slightly medicinal on the nose. Hot in the mouth. Green vegetal character with cutting alcohol and spice on the finish. Smoke earth and tar with a hint of sweetness

5/12 Green notes of bell pepper and freshly washed mixed greens. Petrol on the nose with nail polish and dare I say blueberries!? Great oily characteristic with plenty of spice and pepper notes. The agave really shows through in this spirit. Weighty and yet not overbearing. Would definitely or happy to see this bottle behind the bar. Has a lot of heat and a little burn down the throat. Finish lingers with earthy agave flavor and a slight tingle just behind the tip of the toung.
