Azulejos blanco. NOM 1438, lote CBN260, bottled on 31-05-18. Aroma: light cooked agave, herbaceous, alcohol sensation is low. Palate: light cooked agave, light anise, slightly astringent, alcohol sensation is very low. Pretty bland. Finish is short, light cooked agave notes dissipate quite quickly.

Aromas of cooked agave, butter, pepper and vegetal. Taste is sweet, can perceive the nose, oily. Pretty good

Tons of lemon on the nose. High levels of citrus with agave. Faint hints of pepper. Nice body on the palate. A little hot. Nice acidity. Citrus is more pronounced than agave. Nice quality.
Ticks all the appropriate boxes but no fireworks for me, doesn’t dive deep into the flavours that I’m liking for. Pretty easy going on the back end, this won’t drive people away from the category.
