Can’t find any Casa Noble Barrel Aged? This will do just fine.

Aroma of caramel and chocolate and nuts. Unusual but delicious toasted nutty-vanilla-oak flavour. Nice but unexceptional finish.

There’s a lot going on here. Nose and flavor have heavy wood, caramel, leather, pepper, baking spices, and agave. All balanced though. Pretty heavy, even for an anejo.

off-putting smell but tastes great with heavy vanilla flavor

Similar to the repo in aroma, taste and finish. Just a bit more powerful in the mouth. Very good overall.

Casa Noble Anejo is the most complex Tequila I've had so far. The predominant scents and flavors for me are vanilla, butterscotch, bourbon, sliced Jalapenos and orange bitters.

Nose is oak-rich oily cognac. Bittersweet notes of burnt caramel, agave, wood, earth and leather, with a spicy woody finish. Unique and delicious.

It’s OK. Decent smell and tastes on the sweet side. I’m developing a bias to Joven/blancos at higher proofs and this one helps push me there. T1 Estalar much better. Will most likely finish bottle... eventually

As it sits in the glass, and opens up, distinct chocolate aroma appears. Flavor is chocolate, vanilla, agave, and mild pepper. Great stuff!

"Faint chocolate smell. Sweet fruity first taste. Agave taste follows. Sweet on the lips. Smooth at first then turns raspy on finish. Not too spicy or hot. Good.

Very smooth sophisticated sipper. Has a caramel, butterscotch and vanilla taste in the mouth with a chocolate after taste. Incredible! Casa Noble’s rockstar of their lineup!

Amazingly smooth sipper, very rich aromas of caramel, cooked agave and vanilla with a backdrop of chocolate and red fruit; absolutely no alcohol. First sip begins with mild white pepper transitions to a caramel vanilla and finishes with a toffee. Amazing tequila from start to finish.

I recognize Casa Noble anejo as the pinnacle of premium tequila. From it’s viscosity and smooth front end, the finish is near flawless while the elegant packaging only enhances the bibbing experience.

Review #99 - Casa Noble Tequila Anejo

Casa Noble anejo is an interesting combination of sweet agave notes, an earthy/herbal flavor with a real, but not unpleasant, alcohol burn. For people who like to really taste the agave and yet also have long, lingering finish, this is the tequila that yo
