Nose of agave and vanilla, and a brief hint of an Italian cheese. Nice spice and oak notes. Viscous with a maple note, white chocolate, and root beer. Pleasant heat, white pepper and rounded French oak flavors. Dried fruit shows it’s colors toward the finish. An after dinner sipper. 2008 tax stamp.

A few years ago this was one of my favorite tequilas. However, I find the current product to be a total disappointment.

Big caramel and butterscotch with some agave on the nose, with a flavor to match. The agave is more pronounced on the palate. Big sublingual spice as well as front of tongue and mouth. Excellent finish.

Incredible aroma of milk chocolate and vanilla along with rich vegetal smell. Flavor of rich chocolate is upfront and persistent. Fantastic mouth coating finish that lasts with sweetness and mild heat.

Casa Noble as usual. Just like the repo the anejo has a strong nose and flavor of Chocolate. At this point though you also taste a lot more of the oak and a lot less of the agave than the Repo. It's an amazing tequila but when put head to head with its younger brother I would choose the Repo.

The aroma is classic Casa Noble aging at work. The French oak barrels bring a chocolatey cocoa powder-like aroma. The flavor and finish make this very easy to drink. This is one of those tequilas that just about anyone will enjoy.

The french oak does marvels to this tequila. Really enjoy the dark chocolate notes.

The agave flavors hit the palate even though it’s been aged for 2 years. Which is good a thing! For the price it is a great buy. Quality tequila, quality process, and still retains its origin flavors although barreled. Especially if you are looking for the agave flavor and want something smooth to sip.

First time trying this and might be hesitant to buy again. Hints of caramel and spice on the nose. A bit strong on the palate as compared to other añejos that I enjoy as well as more of an alcohol burn sensation on the way down. Tasty, but not as good as some other less expensive añejos that are on my rotation.

Strong Añejo body but easy on the pallet. Finish is a little bit strong as well but we'll worth it for the value

Aromas of sweet agave yet this Anejo was not overly sweet on the palate like some Añejo’s of late. Very smooth flavor, due to the third distillation. Nice pleasant finish. Well balanced and quite enjoyable. Fair price

Aroma of caramel and chocolate and nuts. Unusual but delicious toasted nutty-vanilla-oak flavour. Nice but unexceptional finish.

Review #99 - Casa Noble Tequila Anejo

Casa Noble anejo is an interesting combination of sweet agave notes, an earthy/herbal flavor with a real, but not unpleasant, alcohol burn. For people who like to really taste the agave and yet also have long, lingering finish, this is the tequila that yo
